If ur going to pay for an account, i think Premium is always the best choice by far, i think Deluxe isnt really worth it, even if it is 5 dollars.

No i have deluxe account for 2 month and i want tu pay for upgrade for premium....

I read this earlier, but I honestly don't know, as I went straight for premium. I would think you'd be able to upgrade for the remainder of the cost, but that's simply a guess.
If you don't get a better answer, then you could set your current subscription to not auto-update, then resubscribe as a premium after. Sorry, I'd give you a better answer if I had one.

If you upgrade from Deluxe to Premium, your account will immediately switch to Premium and the remaining time on your Deluxe subscription will be converted into Gold Bars and added to your account.
