Hey Guys im pretty new to CrimeCraft. I was just wondering am i doing something wrong? I go into my quest log type of thing, click a quest and then click Quick Start. I have tried this on EVERY misson (About 24) in my book, with all of them i wait 10+ mins and never find enough players. So if anybody can give me some tips it would be greatly apperciated.

Quick start creates a new match that fits the mission. It might queue you up to an existing one if you fit, but I have not seen that behavior myself.

Matches won't start until the have the correct number of people, so it is possible that you are sitting in a queue with 1 to 5 people for a 6 person mission.

To see the match queue, press tab and select the gun icon. It tries to show you existing matches near your level. I always found it faster to check that directly and join an existing game or create one than use the quick start option.

Keep in mind that you can change options and I find people join some matches faster if they are knife only/no bosts/no skills missions. Robbery and Snatch and grab missions seem to launch faster that way when they are needed for the daily quest (in my experience).
