Yo guys.

i downloaded this game, and started it on EU region, game starts nicely and everything but when i try to log in to play it says 'the game is offline, try again other time'

wtf am i supposed to do?

Are you starting the game using the ClientLauncher?

If you are making sure to start the game using the ClientLauncher, then my next suggestion would be to make sure your anti-virus and firewall are properly configured with CrimeCraft.

To test if this is what is causing the issue, you may want to temporarily disable all anti-virus and firewalls then try connecting to the game. If you can, then you know that's what was causing the issue.

Same problems there, EU region, using Windows XP SP3

1 - ports open on my router (7100-9999;20000-29999)
2 - using Clientlauncher (http://patch.crimecraft.com/Patches/BT/launcher/ClientLauncher.exe) I re-patched the game
3 - did run repair tool twice
Edit: 3,5 - Tested out connection with switched off firewalls, same results (this issue does not appear with any other application)
4 - can start the game, can create characters, can delete characters but can't connect to game servers (message says after 1,5-2 min trying they are offline)

Any further suggestions?

Looking forward for any hints

Edit: As a last chance I tried to log in into US servers.. the game runs smoothly.. seems odd, but at least a solution
