A friend of mine is having the same problem. I can log in fine but she cannot. She was going to start her account today but it won't let her due to that error report.

any specific program running in the background? like a voicechat or alienware software?

Yes we're on skype but it doesn't give me that error when I log in.

you have to disable all overlays you might have enabled in your voip programs first. the game thinks these overlays could be hacks, just turn um off.

I would suggest to first try not using skype to see if that is in fact the problem as I frequently run skype while on crime craft and it has not been a problem for me. You may want to send the hackshield logs through the CS ticketing system which will help to better identify the cause of the false positive.

i have a problem i dont even know cheat code's for the game and didnt activate none or looked none up so when i join the game and put in my user name is Says Cheat detected! Game will exit now. Cheat atteemt was logged whats up?
