It would be helpful if you ask for their system specs and come up with technical solutions. If you have no technical knowledge and just want to sit here and point fingers, then I suggest you keep these thoughts to yourself as it does nothing to assist others here with their support issues. Your starting to show a bad habit by posting remarks like this over the past few days here on the forums. If it continues, it will be considered trolling.
Maelstronar, I would suggest posting in the support forums and show us your Dxdiag file. The Windows Dxdiag will give us more information regarding your hardware specs and driver information. You can obtain this information by typing "dxdiag" in the Windows run command, then save the information processed as a dxdiag.txt file. Just copy the contents of the file here on the support forums, or attach the document with a CS ticket at www.crimecraft/cs_tickets/
