I too am having the same problem..
can someone tell me what to do to fix this..
I really wanna play this game

Depending on your system it can take some time for the launcher to process and launch the game. In the past there have been reports that it can take more than 2 minutes for the launch sequence to complete and the game to start. I suggest launching and waiting. If you continue to have issues, you may want to fill out a CS Ticket and attach your Direct X diagnostics to the ticket.
To acquire your DirectX diagnostics, click START and in the RUN/SEARCH bar type dxdiag and hit enter. Once the window opens and the scan is complete click "Save all information". This will save the info in a text file on your desktop. Attach that to your support ticket.
Be patient for your response from Customer Support as response times will vary depending on the amount of traffic currently in the ticket queue.

Hello, I am brand new to the game and haven't been able to start yet because when I open Steam and open Crimecraft it'll open a window. The window says Version 0.25.06.88571 in the top left and in the bottom right I click U.S. as my region and click play. Then the window disappears and nothing happens. It closes the window and nothing opens. Can anyone help me out?
