Hello and welcome.  I am new to this game and have not yet played it. I am in the process of installing it and i came here to read some guides.

Greetings and welcome to the game.  I've only been playing for a couple weeks myself, but the games a lot of fun.  As you read info try to keep in mind that some of it will be outdated, due to expansions to the game.

Also, just to clear up some confusion.  When you start you will be stuck in a lobby type menu.  That continues until level 8, when you get to enter the tutorial area.  The tutorial area is pretty short, and then you'll finally be in the real game.  It can be very offputting for a new player, but stick through it.  The game gets a lot better.
