Welcome to CrimeCraft! I would recommend taking a look at the Player Guides section of the forums, as it contains a lot of useful information for new players.

I will attempt to answer your questions. Also if you play on Euricho feel free to message me in game. My main character's name is Vyto.
1. Customization is pretty cool. It allows you to look different although quite a few players do this and end up looking relatively similar. The issue with customization is that you purchase it with gold bars and it is applied to whatever item of clothing you are wearing at the time. So unless you want to continuously spend gold bars as you upgrade clothes I would recommend waiting until you are relatively high level.
2. You can place skins on your guns to somewhat affect their coloring. However in reality when running around in pvp you don't really notice the coloring of your enemies guns while they are shooting at you. However, feel free to play with the skins and find one that suits you. I have my characters guns all skinned the same color and do like the look of it.
3. You can play this game solo or in a team and both have their benefits. Solo play generally allows you to enter games at will and is a lot of fun. However, some of the best players generally run in teams and when you are on a complete pug group going against a team with 4 of the game's premier players more often than not it will be a trouncing. Teams on the other hand can generally be a little more time intensive although the key is finding the right group of players. Figure that starting out you are not going to get on one of the best teams. The best thing to do is find a good gang who enjoys pvp in groups and make friends with people that you play well with.

Ive played my first 3 matches and it seems like expirience from playing other 3rd person shooters helps a lot, my first match was like 14 kills 4 deaths, second match 13 kills 7 deaths and final match 7 kills 4 deaths.
The Soldier class is really cool with the healing ability. The weapons have their own advantages and i like that, the secondary weapon for the soldier is good at close quarters combat while the assault rifle is very handy at medium range combat but the weapons are weak at long range combat.
I also see that using the right mouse click to zoom in helps a lot with accuracy and grenades are good, you can engage someone at close combat, pretend to run and throw a grenade down where you walk to bait your opponent into walking over it when it explodes and kill him.
I am wondering, at what level can i accept friend requests and create my own class?

yes the soldier class is a very balanced class, the smg and ar's are both very balanced guns(average well rounded stats). At level 8 you will see the real crimecraft, you must deal with the quickplay menu until then, but after that you can enter the lobby, and start working on professions and your custom profile.

Is Premium account worth it?

I originally played my first couple weeks on the free account. While the game is immense fun and there is no need to upgrade to experience this, the premium account allows you to level a lot faster while earning a lot more cash doing so. I would definitely suggest upgrading as its worth it simply from the benefits inherent, but addionally you will acquire free gold bars and items every month. Also it will help fund vogster to hopefully continue improving this great game.

Can someone tell me how to use these Crimecraft Bleedout tickets? I bought them for 50 gold bars..

Right click on the first one from your personal storage and select "use". Once you finish the first episode do the same with the second. Using the ticket unlocks the episode for you. Then it's simply a matter of locating and talking to the guy that starts the missions.

Hello, i am downloading CrimeCraft right now, it seems like a very nice 3rd person shooter, and i enjoy third person shooters a lot.
I have some questions:
1. Is clothing customization good? Such as variety of clothes, colors for clothes, accessories etc..
2. Can you customize your guns so that it doesnt feel like you are using what everyone else is using?
3. Is this more of a solo-oriented game or a game more focused on your team?
Also, can someone help me get started? Like contact me in-game, so that we can chat or you can mentor me or we can play some matches and you can tell your opinion on how i should improve.
