I am in the Moat and having trouble repairing a shirt that is broken.  I went to the female vendor in camo and I thought the small wrench was suppose to light up, but didn't.  What do I need to do?  Thx.

 you can't repair your items until you get to that point in the tutorial where you are taught to. I think that might actually be your only shot. 

I wouldn't worry about any clothing with white names, they're crap, and you can get a dozen for a few hundred credits.

Yes, like Miss Ava said, the wrench will not be available to you until you hit a certain level and get a mission from the lady you talked to.  Once you complete that mission she will allow you to repair from then on.

Be sure to complete ALL npc missions before level 12 as the cap in the moat is 12. Once you complete all the missions you can stay in the moat up to level 12 but you MUST enter Sunrise prior to hitting level 13 or you will be forced to ask for assistance with your transition into Sunrise as all NPCs will no longer acknowledge you (except for vendors and trainers) and all moat instances will become locked.

If this happens to you you can use the in game ticket system

Hit ESC and click NEED HELP, then in the "Feedback Type" click in the box and select "Submit Ticket" from the dropdown menu.  Be sure and tell them your toons name, and that you are level 13 and stuck in the moat.  Response time to your ticket may vary according to traffic already in the CS que.

Another alternative you have is to attempt to contact a GM in game.  This can usually be accomplished my typing in chat that you need a GMs assistance however they dont always see it right away as they are sometimes busy assisting other players.

The third option you have is to use the CS section found by clicking help at the top of any forum page.  This and the in game ticket system are directly connected.

 I am currently lvl 13 in Sunrise City and have several items that need to be repaired (clothing and weapon).  I'm not seeing the wrench icon above either vendor types.  Did I miss something? 

 Ok - nevermind, just wasn't looking in the right spot.  Found a vendor and repaired all.

Hello we are all level 9 and gives the first time where you can not enter the city Sunrise * BUG 

 Relutzu, make sure you have downloaded the entire game. Most people usually only download the tutorial, and this then causes them to be unable to enter the city when they complete the tutorial.
