Hello!

I started playing today and i see in the guides and the gameplay videos players start in a place who have npc's to talk, etc.

when i started playing the only thing that appears is a lobby. is that right or any kind of bug?

 level at 8,then u can do anything

in my game theres no character moving no npc talking and no quests. only appears a menu that only can choose pvp or pve battles. why?

Because you must first reach level 8 before you can enter the lobby. Why they don't explain this to you in game, I have no idea, but we are asking the devs to do this.

you only can go to the city and walk around and recieving quests when you are at level 8?

i see in videos players level 1 doing quest and walking in the city.

something is wrong.

Up until they brought out gangwars last week you went straight to the orientation centre where you could talk to npc's and do quests and learn all about the other things in the game,unfortunatly for some unknown reason they decided to change it to what you now see and you cant do any of the other things untill you get to lvl 8.

This has been very offputting for a lot of new members, 2 of the members of the multi gaming clan i belong to decided to try CC on my recomendation and gave up after just 20 mins because they didnt like that new front end system,Hopefully the GM's will listen to us players soooner rather than later and put it back the way it was.

The new expansion has rendered most videos and walk throughs useless as they are from prior to the update when it was possible to enter the lobby at level 1.  Those are now outdated.  The lobby and Prologue (crafting/weapon upgrading tutorial) are not available till level 8.

This is an important change,they gonna loose a lot of new players whit this ideea.My opinion. 

And one more thing...why they don't tell you about this change in the game menu ? You must visit the forum to get some critical answers ? This is a bad move.

I've emailed all the GM's and a few of the devs with the problem. They know about it. There'll probably be a splash screen letting new people know about the change as they log in soon.
