Begging for scraps in any game is frowned upon, if not openly disliked.

I'm sure someone will send you something, but whether or not you will be able to use it is another matter entirely. With level caps and all.

Rekas is right in that blatantly asking people for things, or complaining that you are "poor" is looked down upon. I suggest that you join a gang that is newbie friendly, most have resources for their players to use.

Even general society disagrees with begging, you are expected to work to get things in life, and it is no different in games. Play PvE matches like stockpile, where you can gather resources fairly quickly. Build up your craft, sell your extra items in the Auction House or to general vendors. I've found that mod kits, paint for guns, sell very nicely to the NPC merchants. These can be found in weapon containers.

Hone your aiming and dodge skills in PvE, practice with the knife, learn to reload under cover and to conserve ammo for when you need it. 

Well i dont have a credit card and i cannot buy stuff online and my dad needs his but i dont beg i try to find ways to earn money such as surveys and after some hardwork i got a paypal account with money from them a clever guy can make money from rock.

Apparently black decks are all the rage these days...
