I'm a fairly new player being one of those who came with the Steam release. I upgraded my account to premium earlier today and so far I haven't received my monthly premium item. No, I'm not in panic mode so I don't want any unrelated replies. What I would like to know how the premium item system works.

I am assuming that they don't hand out the item only when the month begins as it would make no sense to advertise what people would have gotten if they had subsribed earlier. Therefore my question is narrowed down a bit. Do they have specific times or days when the item can be issued or is the premium item award system currently disabled? I know they had some problems with this month's item and were fixing it more or less manually. The last option I can think of is that I bumped into a bug in which case I will submit a ticket but I would first like to probe out if somebody knows something about this thing :)

You get the weapon right away. Go to your bank and click on the "Bonus Award" tab, that's where the weapon is put.

Oh I do know where it SHOULD go but nothing yet. I have plenty of crap in there but the the 5 slot LMG isn't among them.

Mine showed up the next day, so give it a day before submitting a ticket, as that could take awhile to get a response to currently anyway

Still nothing so I made a ticket. But from what I've heard the customer support might be *slightly* clogged. I'm not in any real hurry but I still want the item as promised :) 

Maybe it depends on what kind of Premium membership you have?

I started the game with a 7 day Premium membership, but I didn't get the August Bonus item.

A few days ago I upgraded to Premium with 200GB, and the LMG was right away there.

It could be that the type of subscription affects, but in this case it shouldn't. I had a 7 day Deluxe which I upgraded with  the 400 GB starter package offer to Premium. So I do have a *paid* Premium subscription going. 

I got mine instantly

Malice, I also upgraded to a premium subscription (30-limited) only yesterday. My item showed up right away, it is in the rewards tab in the bank (ATM machines.)

If you didnt get it I suggest you wait for 24h (give it a chance to fix itself) and if not then submit a support ticket. Be warned, you will have to be patient cause they guys at V are probably swamped in tickets right now due to the recent merger issues.

As a premium member you will recieve the premium bonus item.  Most times they are put in your bank tab within a day or two of your confirmed subscription.  If it is not there after a day or two, do not fret.  On some of the servers the "payday" is the 15th and the others it is the 1st.  I would wait until the 15th just to make sure.

If you already have a ticket in, kudos, have patience and they will update you. The Queue is very busy :)
