You'd still be in the prologue. I can't remember it exactly, but you are told that you can leave when you are done with the missions. Once you leave you'll zone into a completely different area.

How do I know when the Prologue is completed? Im in the city, and now the quest givers are giving me PvP quests. Does that mean the Prologue is over or do I have to complete all the quests around the City?
The main quest giver gave me the quest to "Help out around the City"
