I dled the game, i go to open it and it opens but it's too far zoomed in so the part where i select my country and hit play is out of site..... how do i zoom out or fix this??

Um... increase your screen resolution? O-o

Increasing screen res may be what you need to do.  You should also download the latest drivers for you video card.  If you don't know what kind of video card you have (guess you are using on-board video) then click your start bar, in the search window type dxdiag, and run that program it will tell you all about your hardware.
