I may be wrong, but Riot matches seem to give more EXP. If you are good at it.

You can try PVE SFG or STP ( on hard settings ) + if you can purchase energy drinks from BM that will add up to 50% xp. so that i guess will do your leveling fast

You are not wrong. In riot you have a bonus twofold. If you can manage to bring down the higher players you get better xp, but you also have a chance for the hallowed PvP Loot Drop

xD
If you can manage a steady second place, then take the lead in the end (elite) you get nice yummy shiney stuff and big heap xp xD

In riot, i just play it safe through most of the match. in the last 2-3minutes, i get agressive as possible as it is 100 times easier to take the lead than it is to maintain the lead. The leader of the match kinda has a mark on his head. The reason for the mark on their head is that people want to prove they are dangerous by taking out the leader, plus the leader has the biggest point bonus, allowing to catch up with the leader faster. If you take the lead in the last minute, you dont have to worry about the stress of maintaining it for long, and since you played it safe through most of the match, you probably have a nice kdr bonus to boot.
If the leader is a sniper, or a shotgunner, they are at a disadvantage once you kill um, since they have lost their killing zone. Guard those sniper posts and dont allow him to find good sniper cover. If a shotgunner, just pay attention cause he's gonna try to flank or sneak up from the sides, just take him out from a distance, just remember to keep the old leader down, and keep him away from his comfort zones.
Of course if the player you are facing is simply more strategic or alot more skilled, and you fail at keeping the lead away from him, he earned the lead and deserves to win it. Just give him a GG :)

A good way to level is doing the BleedOut mission
You take the 50% XP bonus each episode give you before doing the next one
It take me less than 2 hours, so far, to do an episode and the xp boost make the leveling relativly quick.
The only problem is the 6 day lock between the missions.
