Just click the skill slot in your character loadout and it brings up a menu showing all the skills for purchase/equipping.

Thanks for helping me with the purchase and equiping. But, I do not want to use a particular skill anymore and want to trade it in for a differant one. How do I do this?

If you want to swap to another skill you just choose it after clicking the skill slot. You can't get rid of a skill; you just choose which skills are equipped.

Ok, thanks. I knew I could "trade in" skills in earlier versions.

I remember reading something about that from before the system was changed, but I didn't play back then. Now you get to keep everything you buy. Its just all really expensive :p

Level 2 skill are still pretty much at reasonable prices except for some such as DIS. So, keep it at level 2 if you cannot afford to purchase level 3.

How do I remove a skill and get another one? I used to go to the guy with the dynamite over his head - but I can't find him now.
