Requirements for gang level 3 to 4 and also 4 to 5 ? Please help :)

I just want to know what is the requirements do we need for upgrade our gang from level 3 to level 4 and level 4 to level 5? i have searched but i have found lots of different things and different numbers.. Could you tell me what the requirements are need? Thanks a lot. :)

The gang need to reach a specific number of gang member and must be old for a period of time.

And of course, you need $ as well.
