Hi im tyreke and crimecraft wont start i tryed repair,redownloading.Nothing works all i get is 
CrimeCraft.exe has experianced a problem and needs to close we are sorry about the inconvince
if you were in the middle of something the information could have been lost.
something like that. please someone help? ive tryed repairing, didnt help at all.plzplz help i want to play this game

If you post your system specs the community may be able to shed some light on your issues.  Also you can submit a support ticket with your DirectX Diagnostics attached here:

To get your DirectX Diagnostics click START and then in the RUN/SEARCH bar type dxdiag and hit enter.  Once the diagnostics has finished running click "Save All Information".  This will save the info as a text file on your desktop which can then be attached to your support ticket.

It is also a good idea to be sure that all your .net framework as well as your sound/video drivers and DirectX drivers are all up to date.  Also running crime craft as Admin is a good idea.

Select "none" then as it is not to do with billing, account or promo codes.

As long as you followed the instructions I gave, you have done it right.  Wait times can vary depending on how much traffic is currently in the ticket queue.  Have patience.  they will respond.
