Currently you need to be between level 7 and 10 to enter Sunrise. Once all NPC missions are complete you will be able to enter. After the new content release goes live I believe you need to be level 10 before you can enter the lobby enviroment.

I just turned level three and finished the *hostage snatch* mission...
I kinda wanted to walk around and see sunrise city..when will I actually be inworld? and not like....doin missions...when willl i see actual players around?
Is it optional or mandatory to keep goign with the orientation tutorial thing?
How much do I have yet to go?
