Just downloaded the game and det thru the naration in the beginning and then screen goes blank and says something about needing an AMD patch, anyone know anything about that?

I downloaded this game yesterday nd i played it. Today i opened the Launcher and see the update above 2gb... and so slow download speed 400kb/s on 20mb internet... so... WTF is going on? :D I need to download it?
