Hello everyone,

when i  downloaded this game for the first time, everything was pretty good and no errors was in the game.

after 2 days of playing, a new patch came up and i had to update it in order to play the game.

the problem was that the launcher didnt update the game client, It just asked me if i agree or disagree to the  license, after i pressed agree, the UPDATE button changed to CANCEL. I waited to see how long the patch will take but after that it changed again to UPDATE. i tried to press the UPDATE again but it allways return to UPDATE button no matter how much i click it.... 

any help ? 

 I tried downloading this on steam it downloaded then the launcher opened then it said it was going to update

so it said 3..2..1 then the launcher just closed please fix this moderators or whoever u are if ur reading this

I had this problem too (the steam version launcher not updating) you don't need to download the whole game again just the launcher  (which you can do somewhere on the website, forget were though). Youll get "ClientLauncher.exe" from the website, then you go into you steamfolders and hunt down your crimecraft folder inside your steam folder and look for the one that says SteamLauncher.exe, delete that and put the ClientLauncher.exe  in there and rename it to SteamLauncher.exe.

This might not be 100% garanteed to work, as iv read of some people having to go on and do some binary crap that was way over my head but worked for me.
