Hello,i am new to the game of course,i have 2 questiunes-sorry for the english-is there one pvp build,but i mean exactly skill points and crafting and evrithing,and secondone;it seems i cant interract with the game's characters and i am alone in the game-wat the...?by the way today when i have the problem is sunday-it cuold be maintenance?Thx very much

Press esc and goto character select then log back in and see if it solves your issue with the interaction.

As for a PVP build, there is no defined way of doing things, different skills compliment different gear and playstyles so its all down to finding what your comfortable with. It doesnt cost much to reset your skills at any time so dont worry about making wrong choices right now :)
