1-how to get rid od the "newbie" sign on our character.

2-every single time i logged in, i get a message says kinda this
  "all your activity bla bla bla bla bla not verified"

3-or you guys can give a direct link straight for me to find the answer. thanks.

You get rank points for doing basically everything in crimecraft, crafting stuff, doing missions, pvp and pve, when you get so many rank points, your newbie icon will change. You can check your points by pressing tab and its on the top left of your charactor screen. the Newbie thing is actually a title, and you can change that too if you have unlocked another title from doing missions.
