I'm on Moat lvl 8 just go talk Cpt Pizano, he say want go Sunrise City? I say yes but not go anywhere stay same place. I click over over over also reboot still problem. I think it am my chemist problem I try make a potion over over over don't work. can it be the problem? Can anyone give me a help? thanks for advice me

sunrise city is a gaming map, just for battle... u need to talk to a municipal officer to teleport there.. as for which officer, just press map and follow the mission marker (in red color if i remember correctly)......

You may need to complete the final download you were offered before you entered the moat.  This can be initiated from the launcher.
