About the Missions in Eu There's Not much players wich i cant Make one mission there's like 4 - 3 Battle's and all PVP , so what i can do about it?
Just wait :-) You can change the list from "All" to "PvE", "PvP" or "PvP ...". Change it to "PvE" and wait a bit.OR Create your own Mission.
what GoldBars Can Do ? i know weapons cloth's Ammo but i didnt UnderStand Whats Tier or something like that Cuz i'm going to buy 1000 goldbars next Week ?
Yes, with Goldbars you can buy "special" things at the black market and so on. Why you want to buy 1000 GBs so fast ? First get a bit more used to the game, so you want get frustrated when you buy [filtered] ;-)
is Gang something like Clan?
YES
and in the Club whats Diffrrent between Vip And not Vip?

press "TAB" - Open your "Character" there is a tab called "Titles" - ther you can change it when you leveled high enough.
