hi well got the game from steam and played it nice for 80 hours went to level 15 and bought 100 bars a gun and some things the next day loged in and it was all gone and down to level 5 so i read on here about the verify integrity of game cache and did that and still nothing . right before that it played and then went back to level 15 but the stuff i bought was gone and now it will do nothing so now i see its udateing again it did that about 6 times so far ????

i can play any game and have not seen any i can't i have a nvidia gefofore gtx880 superclocked card but this game is going no were and you call there no you get nothing at all.

There are actually quite a few of us playing and thoroughly enjoying this game. I did file a ticket when I first began playing and it took several days for anyone to get back to me. However, I've been playing for a month and plan on continuing as the pvp is great fun. Try posing questions in a manner that allows them to be understood and if others can answer they will gladly do so.

hehe I had this exact same problem, I had an early level character with some pretty, sparkly premium items. I stopped playing for awhile and when I came back it was all gone and was told i should file a ticket. I did so and after a few months they emailed back saying the ticket was "resolved" for record keeping with nothing done. I was a little disappointed but with all the new things in the updates I decided to start all over again, nothing wrong with that.

i did a ticket and heard nothing at ALL. PLAYED GAME FOR 80 HOURS PAYED $5 DALLORS FOR THE THINGS I BOUGHT,AND THERE GONE ,AND CANT EVEN PLAY IT ,WOW WHAT FUN.
