Can i change for example from Tailor to Gunsmith? i mean like if i whant new professions i can always change?

You can always change professions through the crafting tab. In the progress tab (I think) there should be a button to Unlearn your current craft. Keep in mind though that all of your progress after that (just like your base) shall belong to us.
