Where can I get this, if anyone knows?  Says it's cross dependant but doesn't say what the profession is.   Been running Stockpile for 3+ days and have never recieved one, and no one I know knows what they are either.  I'm a lvl 250 Engineer.

the only way i have been aquiring it is through bonus mats. Bonus mats are givin to you randomly when you craft a high level item, and happens pretty rarely.

A level 250 tailor can make stranded fiber array. You can not get the pattern from the craft vendor but instead instead you must find it. It is rare. Also once you find the pattern you have to have reached level 250 in order to learn the pattern and make it. In order to go above 200 in any crafting level you must be level 50 so plan accordingly. There is no sense in rushing up to level 200 really because most of the things that tailors can make is crap especially the lower level stuff. Also in order to make the stranded fiber array you will need to have found a couple of rare T5 ingredients which if you were to purchase would be more than just purchasing the stranded fiber array in the first place so make sure you have your MK.4 scavenger tool on about every player you use otherwise it will take you forever to find the stuff. Also play everything on hard mode or you might as well not be looking for the stuff. I know all of this for a fact. I can make the [filtered]. Good luck

i didn't know tailors can make it, this is good news, as we have tailors in our gang that are lv250.

Could anyone please post the mats for this recipe? Also, I would like to know how many of them you craft on each go.
