Usually, the green items with the highest vendor sell price are what are going to be the most beneficial for you to craft since you don't have to wait on players to buy them (which can be a long time, depending, the market is flooded with basic items). If you buy ingredients yourself, it's not common to lose out on some money, however you can turn a real nice profit early on by selling low-level green clothing items to the vendor.
And yes, clothier is offensive clothing, outfitter is defensive. I feel that Clothier has better elite patterns than Outfitter, being able to make more of the "Best" clothing set which is currently considered to have the best defenses of any standard clothing set.

thx2 Avarice 4 telling differences between clothier and outfitter so simple, easy and short figure out for my slow head.. ![]()
AND NOW 2the REAL DEAL!
Im tailor lvl 36 and trying to lvl up my profession and the thing what i don't understand is selling my clothes in AH.. i put item "x" lets say x is green item lvl 20-25 --> i put it on 48h term sale and i sell it for 1150coins ( its cheapest that kinda cloth in Ah ..next best price is 1200c) .
REGISTER payment is something like 895coins so its bout 200c pure profit IF i sell it (usually it takes more than 1 try in AH!) and if i farmed/grinded hard for ingredients (boring singleplaying.. i dont usually play mmo's coz they have good sp) ..oh and i might buy sum of those ingredients from ah for a same item "x" and spend 1-2k's just 4 that i can sell it 4 npc
but if i sell it to NPC i get like 596c rightaway profit! C'mon!!!!! whats the point of crafting tailor items in these lvl's and sell them on NPC??? this is a MMO game and usually it means interacting whit other human players and friends... and ingame economy is part of good mmo games! ESPECIALLY WHEN GAME NAME IS CRIMECRAFTing? pls vogster fix sum of these pointless register payments if u wanna make this rly promising game better and more player2player interacting mmo!
Peace out ..

I've got to level 33 in tailoring so far, but it's really slowed down ... What is the best method to level to 50 quickly and with as little money as possible?
Are there particular items or an item I should be making?
And about the two branches - outfitter is for more offense bonus clothing than the other one, that is more defensive, right?
Thanks for your help!
