That is a ridiculous request to ask. The purpose was to see what's ahead in crafting. Like what level I can craft level 25 AR Sights. This qualifies as a handbook, what your looking for is a manual.

Search for any tailoring store. It must have a measuring tape if you look for "instruments" menu.
