Where are you from?
I was born in a small town infamous for its uranium mines and unhealthy heavy and chemical industry. When I was 16, I entered National Technical University of Ukraine. Since that time I’ve been living in Kiev.
What do you do on CrimeCraft?
At the beginning of the project I was doing a bit of everything, now I’m Lead UI programmer.
What other titles have you worked on?
Among the last titles I worked on is a social MMO Twinity, which helps me to avoid previous mistakes when developing CrimeCraft’s UI.
How did you get involved in your game industry role?
That’s something that couldn’t be avoided. For some time I developed business-applications, which included a lot of routine work. Working with databases and writing reports isn’t something I dreamt about when I was a kid, so when my friends invited me to work on a small action-RPG project, I couldn’t refuse...
What's your favorite game?
Several of my favorite games are Syphon Filter, God of War, Sacrifice, Call of Duty 4, Red Alert, Supreme Commander.
What kind of music do you listen to?
A lot of different bands, this really depends on my current mood. Among my favs are Linkin Park, Nirvana, Blackmore’s Night.
What do you do for fun?
At leisure I like to go see a movie or gather with my friends to drink beer or enjoy nature.
