We all know what it takes to survive in a world without oil....  Everything we knew was changed. Marauders, scavangers are sneaking in the streets, gangs supervise everything.... But here you are, standing near over the Great Fence, which the rest of humankind built in order to survive. It has been a long time now since you've learned about the way how everyone lives inside. Killing other people, making deals.... Doing all sorts of thing to keep themselves on feet. You slowly lit your cigarette. Last pack of Lucky Strike.... All frineds whom you remebered from childhood -- they all changed. The look for any job to survive. But you... You are not one of them. You are the right one. As it was once said: "Sunrise may be your Kingdom". But for me, nothing changes. King will come after a King, generations of people changing... Sunrise City needs a cleanup. A massive cleanup. Humanity can't survive long enough without oil. If you think that you have what it takes, you know where to find me. Or I will find you.
