To report a bad player name: Go to the offending user’s profile and click on REPORT USER, found in the top right-hand corner (under the user’s 5-star rating).
To report a bad message: Use the [!] REPORT button, found on the rating bar under each message.
Note: Until our support ticket system is live its not possible to track email incidents reported, however we read every message that comes in. Please realize that due to the volumes of incoming email, not all incidents will warrant a direct reply from staff... but we take every report seriously! We'll handle issues as quickly as we can and appreciate your patience throughout this process. Thank you!
