We are planning a double cash/xp weekend for Cabrese this weekend. And further to what Stelonidas said, we are continuing our investigation into GBs lost and also working on Tournament losses.

I have another update on this matter. I have now completed all Gold Bar refunds for Black Market transactions. I have also located the data regarding non-Black Market in-game Gold Bar transactions (like buying class or custom profiles, buying/leveling up classes, etc.) and will be issuing GB refunds for those soon.

There were also issues with the weekly tournament on Cabrese this past Sunday that prevented participants from receiving their prizes, so I will also be going through and providing these prizes as soon as possible.

Hey guys,
There was a data issue with the Cabrese realm Sunday night and with the restart this morning there was, unfortunately, a rollback. We are currently assessing the issue and have identified the problem.
The issue that caused the rollback will be fixed and we are currently developing a compensation package for players who were effected by the rollback.
