The server obviously needs a restart, I've posted things hours ago that are showing up as being posted days ago. Not right at all.

Hello everybody
I got a problem in my game that when i create a character everything is nice im playing then i got to level 11 and there was a mantience so i logged out and then when i logged again into my character i didint see anything,i mean i was at the town i saw my character i could move but i didint see my equip,didint see other people,Npc's...
anyone got idea whats the problem?
