so 3 months 10 days ago (yep, 100 freaking days ago) i asked for character restoration since apparently my old character was deleted.

anyway, a couple days later. i got this response

yes you read that right, 2 FREAKING MMONTHS LATER THEY FINALLY GOT IT. and they still ask me for the damn permission when i clearly okayed them 2 months ago. okay.... patience... at least they restored my damn characters. i wasted a month of premium, but hey. at least now i get to play as my old high lvl, gold-bar wasted characters. right? WRONG.

that's right, a MONTH later. totalling in 100 days from the first time i opened my ticket. they actually told me that my freaking character can NOT be restored. and then offered me this CRAP reimbursement. REALLY VOGSTER? REALLY? i'm really amazed by this AMAZING costumer service. GENIUSES at work. obviously. you know what? i dont give a damn anymore. as far as im concerned. vogster costumer service had a nice big laugh playing a prank on my sanity. good for them. i honestly couldnt be bothered to give a damn anymore. good job on you vogster. good freaking job

and you know what? here's the punchline. they said they FOUND my character. they even listed the names. which means a month back (2 months after my first ticket) they actually HAVE my character data. and was ready to actually RESTORE them. i dont know what made them wait a damn month to restore it. or like i said. maybe just having a nice laugh at my expense. and now they told me its deleted? OF COURSE. if only they restored my character just like they said they would instead of waiting for another month. they could've restored. and even though im pissed. i'd still be happy about it. nope. hey. your character has been deleted because i didnt give a rat's [filtered] to restore your character a month back. here's a cookie

 Omg Micheille, that is pitiful :( 100 days to realize the information was deleted? jesus christ mother of mary, i hope they had time for a coffee break.

Usually i am all for supporting vogster and seeing things through there eyes, but I cannot put into words the disappointment this gives me. :(

I am pretty familiar with this case, and it looks like that information isn't pulling like it was previously. We are currently investigating this matter - hopefully we'll be able to find out where that information is stored so we can continue our investigation for you, but unfortunately we can't make any guarantees. I am going to reopen your ticket, and we will update you there with any new information as soon as it's available.

what do you mean you cant find the information? thats not the issue here. let me make it short for you

-i asked for restore

-they told me they cant, and is preparing some reimbursement

-they told me they apparently can do it

-2 months later. (wasting my subscription) they asked for my permission to restore it.

-a month later. they told me they cant restore it. and gave me reimbursement instead.

 

100 days of waiting. and 3 disappointments are the issue here. and i'm extremely disappointed. and pissed

Never hold high hopes for vogster. In my experiences GM's are not there to help you, and do not seem to care much if u do have a serious problem.

 

IMO they need to clean house on the old gm's that have been here doing nothing, and implement some fresh staff that might care?

Let's take a closer look at some of your experiences to see just how much merit this claim has, shall we?

- We provided you with a requested refund of Gold Bars that were spent on your old gang on the old Exeter realm after you submitted a ticket.

- You also reported that 2 of your ATM slots were locked in another ticket. We compensated you with in-game cash so you could by 2 more while we worked to resolve that issue.

- You requested PvP compensation in another ticket for the loss of PvP ranking after the merger earlier this year, which we provided

- In another ticket, you requested that leadership of the gang you were in be transferred to you because the leader was inactive. We went ahead and did that for you

You seem to be confusing what we will and won't do with what we can and cannot do. If we CAN do something, 99.9% of the time we will. But sometimes there are things that we simply are unable to do.

I will be closing this topic now since the original poster's issue is best addressed through their ticket and the trolls have started to come out to play.
