Hey guys,

As you know, due to the server merge, players transferred from Exeter had their PvP score reset after the merge. Unfortunately these scores cannot be restored as in doing so will cause a whole host of issues (I'm not a Dev, so I don’t know the exact issue).

We know you guys put in a lot of time to accumulate these scores and definitely understand the frustration. In order to make it a little more easier to swallow, we are offering the following compensation to all players affected:

• Non-recurring Premium/Deluxe members will have their current sub time extended by 2 weeks.
• Trial members will be given a Deluxe subscription for 2 weeks.
• Non-recurring subscribers and trial users will receive 200 GB. Deluxe recurring subscribers will receive 300 GB and Premium recurring subscribers will receive 400 GB.

UPDATE: All players affected will also receive 125,000 in-game cash.

Again, we do apologize and thank you for your continued support. As of today, everyone should have been compensated, and if you do not see the Gold Bars or in-game cash, try logging off then back in to make sure.

If you did not receive your compensation package (we are bound to miss some), make sure to create a ticket with the subject: "PvP Score Compensation" and we will get that to you ASAP.

If you have any questions, feel free to PM any one of the GMs on the forums or in-game.

Also, if you purchased a Gang Nightclub back on Exeter, please submit a ticket to receive a compensation of 60 Gold Bars since Nightclubs were not able to to be transferred in the merger. If you have already submitted a ticket about this, simply update your existing ticket.

 Okay as this post is only 13 days old. I just wanna ask what is the compensation for?

Say I played the orginal crimecraft then came back months and months later to have my character transfered to Exeter (Which is what happened) would I be elegible for the compensation? If so how do I get it.

No, it's 7 months old, and it was 13 days since the last comment when he recommented, so that does technically make it 13 days old...

And to answer the other guys question, he needs to open a ticket and see if they can verify the existance of his lost charactor :)

 I got fully compensated in less then 12 hours after making the ticket. Great Customer Service :)
