Flashbang was used to against those dummy with wallhack, autoaim, and cough* super armor.
Probably this is the reason why it's level requirement was high.

As far as I concerned autoiam and super armor is something relativelly new for CC and flashbang got this lvl limit since like... 1 year or so. I only asking why? Is this some kind a taboo for averge lvl 20-30 player or because explosion is way to powerfull to destroy the entire squad of enemyes? :}

If you used the flashbang at HHT mode, those dummy would be dummy and u can clear them off real fast during the 5-9 seconds duration.
Maybe vogster feel this is way too.. newbie friendly.

I started using flash grenades on Avarice, they're actually damn useful. >:D
Can toss em in front of teammates who piss you off, too. It hink they'd be great for tournaments as well.

I like the way you think :) ...someone runs in on HHT to loot the hammer you just killed, without putting any effort in the mobs around...flash him while the mobs kill him :D (...then repeat as much as needed to drive the point through.)
Wouldn't it be much better though...if we were able to enable friendly fire, so you could punch a hole where their head is?
eg. The person who starts the game up can set up if FF is toggleable...if FF is set in ON, participating players can toggle FF on/off via a button.This way players can turn ON FF whenever they need it*
* ppl might try to abuse it, spawncamping others in order to force them out of HHT but a ticket with a couple of screenshots of the battle log...would prove the abuse quick and easy.

Hate to burst your bubble, but those flash would affected the mob too unless it was out of range.

Probably I am not the only one to ask this, but I didn't founded more topics about this. So...
Why does Flashbang have a lvl 38 limitation? I'we been playing CC for about 2 years and still can't get this... Player can use smoke screen at lvl 10, annoying shock nade at 12. But flashbang only at 38... Why? I never seen high lvl with a flashbang. Usually they have turrets or second chance skills. Why? Because there is really no need in flashbang on high lvl's. It could be really usefull for lvl 20-30, but after that is more easily to just kill your opponent or stun him, than blind him.
So... I asking admins to make flashbangs more acessable if it posible and if not, please tell why.
