Hey folks, I just got a terrible issue right now. When I login in the game, my character appears in the lobby, but there´s no one there, there´s no players and npcs. After that, I repaired the launcher, but the same problem is still there. Could you help me, please?

 same with me too i logged in with no npcs no vendors no mail and vault......................maybe just a connection problem

this is common for ppl with a low isp signal, i've ran into the same prob. the solution is after logging in to your selected character you"ll see the city screen load up and the "press any button" flashing at the bottom of your screen instead of clicking right away watch the press any button and wait for it to flash fast then slow down and then click after you see the slowing of those words and them to go back to flashing fast. 

another way to know when to "press any button" is you should hear the backround noise come in, and if you dont hear it right away wait to click after the backround noise comes in and wait 3-5 seconds before clicking.
