It was pretty obvious it wasn't really ready for release yet. My cash shop uniforms got bugged, I couldn't wear them, but they didn't subtract gold bars. Had to throw away a bunch of stuff, though :

As excited as I was for everyone to see the changes in Bleedout, I do agree that it was released too soon. However, what has been done is done and cannot be reversed, or can but not without further repercussions. Let's not condemn the game or the manner in which it is being run, but have patience. Report bugs and issues to the best of your ability to keep things moving forward. Give feedback in the feedback forum section or at feedback@crimecraft.com.

It's not up to us as users or as beta testers to decide when the expansion should have been released. Some people gave an opinion that it should be delayed, Vogster disagreed and it is their game and property so they have the final say. The queue was a bit funny to see at login, but a good idea, and even playing from Australia, I rarely got any lag in the original game, and get about the same in The Bleedout. So many people complaining about the lag, the bugs, this that something else, "going to play CoD", well it's budget is probably 100 times the size of this game and it's a bigger bugfest/lagfest than this.
Great job to Vogster and all it's staff, really enjoy the new expansion, went up 5 levels on one character yesterday, don't listen to the whiners to much they're always going to be there.
Keep up the great work!

You're complaining about the little bugs in bleedout? Am I the only one who remembers the May patch? The massive rollbacks, numerous crashes, and related bugs that left the game playable only a couple hours daily? That was a patch not quite ready for release. Of course there will be issues with any new patch, but Vogster's been doing a good job of working things out as fast as they can. Do you really think there was enough server load on the test server to bring these bugs to light? Learn a little about the u3 engine and you might find that they're pushing its limits pretty hard here. But it's easy to be critical if you've never coded anything on this scale, I suppose. For my part I am quite pleased with the changes so far. Consider that in one day they added the login queue during a 15 minute shutdown. If they keep up with this level of support its gonna be great.
Keep it up, Vogster... it's easy to criticize, tough to create.

Can anyone see the pattern yet? I don't think they can, considering the beta testers from yesteryear who could say they had seen this before are long gone.
Vogster does not listen to the problems encountered by the vocal community of Crimecraft. Their major flaw as a company is somehow not implimenting the feedback they recieve from these forums into their game to make it at least work right half the damn time.

It seems the game is still hindered by poor servers, or lack of servers. From game lag to server crashes and more server downtime. Nothing has changed in this respect and I expect the problem to continue if not get worse.
The game crashes even more then it did before, but now, when you try to log back in, it can take 5-10 minutes because you get the message "user already logged in". It will ruin and kill tournaments for many who crash at the wrong time.
Jump knife has NOT changed much. It will take those who used knife excessively or who could use it reasonably a few days to fine tune how to use it again (because its not all that much harder), and yet again use a melee attack as primary weapon.
I read nothing regarding Bess, which is one of the biggest disappointments with BLEEDOUT release. Bess does ruin tournaments and will always ruin it until it is either heavily changed (basically make it worthless) or better yet, remove it.
PSP is still OP and combined with Electro and PED its an unbalanced combo. PSP has honestly made unskilled players who can't hit a barn door into a [filtered]in' healing turret gun.
Electro and PED is a combo I and many despise. Its a [filtered]in' joke of a skill set and should never of been implemented into the game.
RL - WHAT THE [filtered]! So many half [filtered] [filtered]s who suck can use this weapon, point it in no general direction and get cheap kills. This is the most bull[filtered] weapon available and really needs a look at, because soon I expect public games will be full of this [filtered].
Another major disappointment is the new maps, or should I say MAP. This game was screaming out for new maps. All that's been added is one poxy pointless map, it will be played to death within a few weeks, if not days.
Overall, this is one of worse game re-release I have come across. NOTHING has changed, its still CrashCraft with alot of lag, bugs, no new content, overpriced blackmarket, terrible balance with drugs and weapons.

Some people are so negativistic....Its hard to avoid bugs with major update. I am happy game still developing for better and Vogster actually listen to community. That doesnt mean they will fullfill personal desire of each player or they do necessary changes instantly. They listened community in important issues like BM permanent option and colouring gear. Also that horiblle ranking system for matches was returned back to state where you can actually find game for you even if you are lv 50.
I also hope they balance things you mentioned in your post phukka, expect RL i dont think its so OP (lets talk about your favorite AR than...). Using RL have some drawbacks, which make it balanced weapon. For example you cant jump knife or spam rockets fast, you have limited ammo and you use it instead of other heavy weapons which are arguably stronger. Like speedy jump knifing GL, or LMG +PSP with lovely ped+shock shield combo.
BTW there is new OP problem with stealth, its seems sound was removed. I already noticed significant increase of people sudenly using stealth. If its not returned back, i predict many people will use it and matches degenerate in "find and destroy invisible enemy" type of battles.

I could have sworn that I still heard a sound, it's just a different type.

With the amount of miss fed information being spread around i have started this thread to clear up what has gone wrong with the release of bleed out.
"Despite the warnings given,by myself that more testing needed to be done as well as i didnt think the current servers could handle the update"
My logic its simple.
Factor in the former version of live, was lets face it not running anywhere near what it should have been.
Then you factor in the upgraded "Textures, and various other elements" including everyone trying to log on at once to try the new expansion.
Not to mention the lack of planning for the release, the first thing that should have went through the minds of vogster was obviously adding more servers to compensate with the overall demand that needed to be met, next they really should have delayed the release abit more as many of the bugs are still in the current version that were in the beta, instead of polishing up the product it was released much much to early.
All the server maintence in the world isnt going to clear up the problem, with the major issue being simple supply and demand, They dont have enough servers up and running to handle all the new & returning players.
The million dollar question "Could this have been avoided"
Yes the release could have went alot smoother then it did had things been more planned and had they decided to make sure alot of the bugs were ironed out first.
