hi how are we sposed to win in div2 and div3 if we are new players becasue i see players with mutiaccouts who just play in div2 and div3 so if u are a new player u cant win them because they will no every thing to use like the best boost and cloths and abilets i think u should not be able to make new characters for example 4tipa have mutiaccounts so we cant win in div2 i no that people will say yes u can win but u need to no what boost act to use.
