Hey Guys,

We've seen a few players getting the "CrimeCraft.exe has stopped working" error and want to see how many others have gotten this.

If you are experiencing this issue, please create a Customer Service Ticket (www.crimecraft.com/cs_tickets) and attach any launch logs you have from the time of the error.

The logs launchs are located in: My Documents / My Games / CrimeCraft / CrimeCraftGame / Logs and will look like: Launch-2010.06.14-12.27.49 (something like this)

I've recently submitted a ticket, I can't tell you how desperate I am for this fix. I'm raging so much and I really want to play for a long period of time WITHOUT getting these crashes.

I hope you find the problem because i really want to play this and im stuck being bored and the only fun games i have right now are MW2 and bad company 2 for PS3. Plus Maplestory but they all get very boring.

yeah, i have been getting this error. I cant even open the game for the first time it just freezes up and i get some kind of insert disc 1 error. How do i fix it?

System specs please. You may not be able to launch the 3d game engine. But I need specs before anything.

it may be my video card honestly, i was hoping it would work tho :/

Your video card is a huge chokepoint. It can't physically start up the Unreal Engine 3 so you are getting that problem.

damn, well thanks for the help mate, ill try and invest in a new video card, being it hard for a 14 year old to get alot of cash =P

I am getting the same error and have no idea why. just bought the game and i cannot play it

my english is very bad but i have a prob, too

I start the launcher

the launcher is loading...

the launcher is in my taskbar but not on the desktop, so i cant see "him"

the window for the patch comes in front of my desktop and i click "i agree" or something else..

then i see in my taskbar the patch is running

when click on the button from patch, it does not react, 10sec. later all programms, icq, steam whatever laags

i know that the game run on my pc, but i don´t know what i could do.
