I have the same issue. I find that never Alt-Tab'ing tends to bypass this issue.

I don't have this issue, I'm using 3 screens. No issues using only 2 as well.
However when the "skype notice" pops-up i can get alt+tab:ed out of the game as if i were pressing the notice.
Exeter: Gold winner, Silver winner (pre-gangwars). Euricho: Silver winner (pre-gangwars). Cabrese: Gold winner, Silver winner (pre-gangwars). Raskolnikov: Gold winner, Silver winner (pre-gangwars).

The third screen is a http://www.projectorcentral.com/BenQ-W1000+.htm constantly running XBMC which is remoted by android phone

120 hz and 2ms response time :) good stuff
I still use my CRT on my gaming rig cause i hate my sluggish lcd xD 0ms response :D

So I decided to try this game out and not a minute into it I start having the game minimize every other time I shoot at people. I found that the game doesn't keep the mouse centered in the screen and if I try to aim too far to the left, the mouse will leave the game area and enter my second display. After that, clicking will minimize it.
Any way to fix this WITHOUT just disabling my second display?
