This is an anti-aliasing problem, and I believe you need to go into your graphics car dcontrol panel and turn off Anti-Aliasing.
Don't worry, radar is free, but scanning it or getting a larger swath of coverage will cost you more.

That's not what a decent video card is FOR.
Light MG: 70 lbs.
Assault Rifle: 40 lbs.
Pistol/SMG: 7-35 lbs.

Is it supposed to be gray all the time until I get SatCom, which I don't need because I pinpoint enemy positions just as good by ear?
