Pre-death freeze of about 0.5 - 1 second occurrs irrespective of game play length, mostly for me in the first few rounds of the evening. I had put it down to some form of very fluky lag (relating to death) or disk latency, but it occurring only on certain things (death and tab) this would seem unlikely.

I have managed to reduce the frequency and severity of the pre-death freezing, and other random frame dips, on my ati card. Turns out i needed ati tray tools to force triple buffering(you can only do that using ati tray tools, since the default control panal only has the option for opengl games unfortunately). You have to make a profile, and from the profile settings, force directx to triple buff. I do not even notice the frame dips anymore, although this may have alot to do with getting used to them.

Fortunatly due to my madd uber death skillz, I was able to verify this does seem to have made a positive difference.

um, have you tried running without the mouse software? Does logitech still use setpoint? last time i had a logitech mouse, setpoint worked fine, but who knows things might have changed. If it's the driver itself, you can try uninstalling the driver, and using the default usb mouse driver and binding the keys in game(worked for others using gaming keyboards).

Heya,
There seems to be a minor memory leak somewhere... That adds up to a lot after prolonged play.
Tested on 2 Windows7 x64 systems - i7 Q820, 8GB DDR3 RAM, one with nV GTX260M other with ATI equivalent.
Basically, the game starts to freeze up for seconds at a time after about 4-6 hours of play(without restarrting the client). Especially noticable when pressing tab to open the interface.
We haven't really monitored it(RAM usage, cache etc.), but we can do so upon request.
It eventually gets so bad that the game becomes unplayable.
Also freezes up when you die, and sometimes when you're about to, but I'm pretty sure that's a different issue.
Please look into it and/or post some information about the issue.
