The gang buff slot was never implimented and there is no plans to impliment it.
The only way to get a 'gang' buff is to control a territory that you are fighting in.

I see. It may be some kind of promo-action. To keep players interested in this feature. Actually Gang Buffs still not implemented. Several unique items may be owned by particular person but rarely used. Actually I'm not sure if they are really functioning now.

Like some information on Gang Buffs.
How to get them, where are they good for and do they still exist?
I tryed to get some answers on this subject in game and on this website. Butt get hardly information on this.
I spoke to one player who said he never saw one in the 3 years he has bin in this game.
I would like to know about this hideout feature a little bit more if i can.
