Custom Matches

• Player has screen for creating matches of any game type and any map without interacting with gate keeper
• Players can create custom matches with one or more of the following modifiers:

o Double Damage;
o Double Hit Points;
o Knives only;
o No Special Weapons (this disables sniper rifles, rocket launchers, grenade launchers and light machine guns);
o No Abilities (this disables both active and passive abilities);
o No Boosts

• Players will see custom options (if any) for each match when viewing the list of matches in the Battles UI window
• Player is able to sign up for only one match at a time

Stockpile Game Mode Revamp

• Stockpile matches are now solo only
• Stockpile matches lasts 20 minutes (up from 7 minutes)
• Reduced number of AI enemies on the map
• Reduced number of containers on the map
• Container locations are shown on the radar now

o Radar icon will show if a container is higher or lower than the player or on the same level

• Mini-bosses added to STP levels

o Each mini-boss drops rank 1 or 2 container (depending on character’s level and difficulty settings)

• More AI enemy types added to the level (though different enemies – Rogues, Thugs, Triads – will not appear together)
• Stockpile sessions will differ from each other

o Each game session features random types of AI enemies;
o Each game session features random locations of mini-bosses;
o Each game session features random locations of AI squads;
o Locations of containers differ from session to session;
o Players spawn at different points

Black Market Update

• More items introduced to Black Market; cosmetic items and premium glasses will be rolled out over time

o New premium custom hats and masks added;
o New premium glasses added;
o Added a number of customized weapons – these are already existing 5 slot weapons with attachments for different level characters;
o Added new item “Empty Passport” that allows to change character name;
o Added new item “Gang Charter” that allows to change gang name

• Black Market UI update

o Added "Featured" category on Black Market – this category contains new items added to Black Market;
o Removed the search panel from Black Market home page;
o It is no longer possible to preview items when a doppelganger set is equipped

UI Improvement

• You can now disable chat channels by clicking on the chat channel button next to the text input window

o Players can choose different settings for lobbies and matches

• Added post battle chat channel. This channel is available until a player closes battle reward window or enters another battle match
• Subscription type is now displayed in the UI by the character portrait
• Added emotes menu in chat – players can open it by pressing smiling skull button
• Icons on the radar will now show if a target is higher than the player, lower than the player or on the same level
• Battles UI window update: Now there are two tabs in the window – “Join” and “Create”

o “Join” tab works as the current version, but with PvP and PvE displayed on the same page;
o “Join” tab now shows available matches of all three difficulties for PvE matches;
o “Create” tab allows users to create new custom battles – now any game session can be created from any lobby;
o Players can select PvE difficulty for a newly created PvE match directly in “Create” tab;
o Players cannot create Bleedout matches from “Create” tab

• Updated CtZ one point HUD and loading screen scene
• AI names in matches are localized now
• Added translucency for invisible detector zone on the HUD in matches
• Added ingredient icons to crafting interface
• It is no longer possible to move an item into craft trainer interface
• Game option added to use the Alt button to hide NPCs names and icons
• Added icons to dialogue confirmation at the window message box
• Added ads to loading screens and battle rewards windows
• Added signatures into social message boxes
• Added signatures into Gang Manager window
• Added Gang Logo to the header in the Gang Management scene
• Help Message about available jobs doesn’t appear now if 25 jobs (max. available) are taken

Changed Features

• Tournament game type changed: it is now Shootout (team deathmatch)
• Tournament maps changed to Municipality Warehouse & Storage, Sunrise Harbour and The Reinhold Museum
• CtZ one point game type updated

o Now a team will lose the captured zone after 45 second no matter what the team does

• It is now possible to have up to 25 identical boosts or ammos in one stack (previously 10)
• Players are able to unequip ability AUGs without breaking it
• Boosts and abilities updated

o Fragmentation grenade damage is reduced by 20 for all levels of ability
o Fragmentation grenade damage falls off faster from the center of explosion (meaning that a character will receive less damage if he moves away from a grenade)
o Incendiary Rounds duration reduced to 5 seconds
o Rocket Turret: now rockets move 25% slower
o LMG Turret can be planted faster now
o LMG Turret rate of fire increased
o Bess was changed: the boost increases resistances 30%, increases max HP 20%, decreases all damage (including splash) by 60% and decreases accuracy by 50%

• "Incendiary Rounds IR-19" AUG changed: instead of its previous effect it now gives +2 fire damage per second
• Removed prerequisites for Belly Street, Deckard Harbor, Municipality Bank and Maxym Alley PvP matches – you don’t need to complete quest to be able to enter these matches
• Doppelganger sets: you can now see all card combinations in Transmute Operator UI
• Welcome to the Jungle (Prologue Campaign) updated

o New characters will be able to experience PvP battles sooner
o Some sections of the Black Market are available from the start of the Prologue Campaign
o Main chat channel is available from the start of Prologue Campaign now
o Trade and LFG chat channels become available only after finishing the Prologue
o Fragmentation grenade skill is available from level 1, down from level 10
o Smoke grenade skill is available at level 10, up from level 1

• The way of creating matches for Bleedout Campaign is changed

o If a player isn’t in a group when creating Bleedout match, he will create a match for himself and other players won’t be able to join it
o If a player is in a group when creating Bleedout match and other players in this group are allowed to enter it, a multiplayer match will be created. (The Othello Sky Bridge and Maxym Alley Bleedout matches are still single player only)

• Changed timeout value for Gang Wars
• AI

o Decreased grenades accuracy for bots.
o Increased abilities cooldown for bots.

• Game Visuals

o Added new character shader
o Environmental effects improved
o Added blob shadows for low graphic quality settings

• Assault Rifle, Shotgun and SMG attachments leveling fixed. Attachments of higher levels are now always better than their lower level counterparts of the same rarity

Bug fixes

• Fixed several installation and patching bugs
• Bleedout Campaign

o Fixed disconnects when using Episode Rewind ticket or Season Rewind ticket
o Fixed issues when some Bleedout tickets weren’t shown on the Black Market
o “Message received” mission steps now work correctly
o You can now complete "The Good Doctor" mission when multiple players are playing it
o Fixed infinite Witnesses spawn bug in the “Old Bones” mission
o Fixed “Slow Poison” mission – now a player has to participate in the courier fight to complete the mission
o Fixed the text reminder in “Bonfire of the Fanny Tease” mission
o Two identical NPCs in “Tick Tick Boom” mission no longer spawn together
o Fixed the doors and invincible AI in “Proof of Life” mission
o You can now complete “Angel on my Shoulders” mission after another player fails this mission in the same game session
o Now you can complete “Ready to Renovate” mission if another players kills your NPC
o Fixed mark point and reminder info after the boss death in “Surprise” mission
o Fixed too many bots spawning after player returns the frightened Foreman to the ship in “A Touchy Subject” mission
o Removed Defense Core icon in Municipality Bank and Center Street Station matches

• Items

o You can now repair glasses
o Fixed instruments requirement for some recipes
o Damage bonus from “NanoCore Devastator” AUGs works properly in PvE now
o Fixed some minor bugs for premium boosts and medicines
o Fixed Cluster Rocket CR-29 Ability AUG
o Fixed Stamina bonuses parameters for gear pack hats
o Fixed Drug Cooldown modifier bonus for lvl 20 Medicine set
o Fixed prices for Assault Rifle Sights
o Removed Shipment Box from Auction
o Fixed combat log descriptions for Bleedout Campaign boosts
o Fixed missed parameter in “Chemtech Supermax 37-4” description
o Fixed info about E-genes negative effects in combat log
o Fixed Heavy bonuses in combat log

o Fixed “HVI Rounds” skill damage. It now properly corresponds to the tooltip
o Fixed “HVI Rounds” ability when used against bosses in PvE
o Fixed visual effect of “Explosion Dampening Field” skill for low quality graphics settings
o Fixed damage caused after C4 has been detonated
o Fixed sound effect from the “Flash Grenade”
o Fixed the time of the recharge animation for the “Cluster Grenade” ability
o Fixed “Molotov Cocktail” visual effects
o Fixed tooltip for “Regenerative Auto-Injector” ability
o Fixed tooltip text for the level 2 “SatCom” ability
o Added HP bar and color for the turrets
o Fixed NPCs’ Electric Shield ability – it now stuns players

• Instances

o Fixed visibility issues on the 1st point in Isopach Oil CtZ
o Player respawn in Municipality Bank Robbery fixed
o Fixed invisible collision in Old Sunrise City Hall
o Fixed collision in Municipality Bank
o Fixed collision in South Canal Spillway

• Lobbies

o Fixed wrong objects in Midtown Square
o Fixed wrong wall textures in Midtown Square near engineering trainer
o You can no longer move out of the playable area in Oceanside

• UI

o Tournament grid empty cells fixed
o Fixed conflict with handling right mouse button and drag and drop functionality
o Fixed Battle status appearance in Battles UI menu
o Bind status now properly displayed on Premium recipes tooltips
o Fixed conflicts between the Smartphone and help panels in chat window
o Fixed Reputation Ladder Info text
o Fixed BW gang logo on Santa's upper clothing
o Fixed text in location tooltip for Friend List
o Fixed Global map minimizing / maximizing when scrolling with the mouse

 Don't forget that the Misuki IR-FG and Misuki IR-MC also have the same fire effect as Incendiary Rounds IR. ;)

Wow this looks very promising, so many positive changes. Good job and its nice to see some changes based on our feedback, tournament game mode, Bess and Inc. rounds / AUG. 10/10 so far =)

Lots of positive changes here. The only thing I'm not sure about, is the fire AUG not blocking boosts for a short amount of time, there still isnt a way to stop someone of spaming medkits.

One thing that i disagree: Shootout Tourny's, i thought there were already SHOT Tourny's and you changed them because lot's of Players complained, why don't you make that it gives us randomly SHOT,CTZ,ROB etc??

I agree, looks like great changes coming.  Now maybe something other than fire aug will be used by the majority for a change.  Drumther I agree with you and hope that with custom instances we will now have many games that do not include the use of boosts.
