New game type: Assault, Capture and Defend
• New team PvP game type – ACD or Assault, Capture and Defend added.
• This game type can be played on the following maps:
o Reinhold Museum
o The Othello Skybridge
o South Canal Spillways
o Mitsuki Tower
o Old Sunrise City Hall
o Municipality Warehouse & Storage
o Deckard Harbor
o Sunrise Harbor
o Douglas Avenue Labs
• Game play works like this:
o Phase one starts when a Core appears in a random spot on the map. Two teams will fight to capture the Core. The teams will be able to start capturing the Core 45 seconds after it appears.
o Phase two starts when either team captures the Core. The team starts getting score points right after capturing the Core, though it’s members won’t respawn as long as their team controls the Core.
o The team’s goal now is to defend the captured Core while the opposite team’s goal is to capture it back. When this happens, the defending team stops receiving the score points, all defenders respawn, the Core disappears and another neutral Core appears in another random spot on the map and phase one starts again.
Spectator and Death Camera
• Players can join a match as spectators by typing the “/spectate

• Up to 8 players can spectate each match.
• When in the match, a spectator can switch between all players on both teams or enter “free camera” mode.

o To switch between players spectators press and hold Tab to view the scoreboard and select his next target by using movement bindings (w, a, s, d by default).
o To turn on/off free camera mode spectators have to press space button.
• While watching the player, you will see all target’s movements, camera rotation, crosshair affected by recoil, all target’s abilities, drugs, their uses and cooldowns, current active weapon.
• The spectators will be able to watch regular, tournaments and Gang Wars matches. However, the gameplay events in the tournament and Gang Wars matches will be shown on an 8 second delay.
• All players who are currently playing the match will have the “death camera” feature available.
o This automatically set the player to spectate his killer after the player death in the match.
o The “death camera” feature will be available in regular matches only. It won’t be available in Tournaments and Gang Wars.
o The players will be able to turn this feature off in the game options.
o The death camera spectates the killer as they continue to play
Loot Container Revamp
• Now there are 5 ranks of containers. The container rank determines the level of the items obtained when opening the container. Rank I containers contain items of levels 1 up to 10 and Tier 1 reagents, rank II – items of level 11 up to 20 and Tier 2 reagents, and so on.
• When playing PvE, players will get only containers of about their level. For example, a level 50 player playing on hard will get mostly rank V containers; a level 50 player playing on normal will get mostly rank IV containers and some rank V containers; level 50 player playing on easy will get rank III and rank IV containers.
• Now there are two rarities of containers: common and uncommon. Common containers contain white and green items as a rule. Uncommon containers contain green and blue items as a rule. Uncommon containers will be dropped by dangerous bosses. Also they can be found in the most dangerous areas when playing Stockpile.
• The stack size for new containers is 25.
• The “prologue campaign” containers have a unique icon and name now.
• The old containers won’t drop in matches anymore. Though the old containers in the player’s inventory and ATM will remain unchanged.
Daily missions
• Each day the players will get one daily mission, which grants valuable cash, experience and reputation rewards.
o Also the player will receive a Bronze Coin for each completed daily mission. The players will be able to trade some reward for the Coins after the next update.
• The daily mission will be automatically added in the players’ mission list.
• Every time the daily mission is randomly chosen from the big list of new mission.
• Though the mission is random, all players in the realm will get the same daily goal.
• The daily goal will be automatically replaced with the new one if the player didn’t complete it at 4 a.m. server time.
Game Optimizations
• Optimized client performance, especially for low spec hardware.
• Decreased server and client lags.
• A number of different video quality customization options added. The players can find it the Advanced Video tab in the Game Options (including disable of character glow).

• The Bank Slot item added on the Black Market. Using this item grants the player additional bank slot. The player can have up to 20 bank slots now.
• Added cross-dependent ingredient recipes on the Black Market. Their drop probability in match loot remains unchanged.
More Match Custom Options
• Friendly Fire. The players will deal the damage to their teammates if targeting them. When damaging teammates, a player will cause the full amount of damage to themselves.
• Vampire mode. Players will heal themselves proportionally to the amount of damage inflicted on enemies.
• No Knives. Player can’t perform melee attacks.
• No Explosives. This disables rocket launcher, grenade launcher, C4, proximity mine, fragmentation grenade, cluster grenade, cluster rocket.
• The “Password Protected Match” option is now available for all players.
o The players won’t get any loot, cash, experience and reputation in the passworded matches, created by players.
o The players won’t be able to complete any Jobs, missions or achievements in the passworded matches, created by players.
o Thought the player will successfully get all rewards and will be able to complete jobs, missions and achievements in the passworded matches, created by game masters.
New PvE Maps
• Delosville Stockpile, available from Downtown. The Stockpile in Delosville shares all features with LXM Port Complex Stockpile and Chemtech Processing Plant Stockpile. The players can choose which location they want to play in.
• Old Sunrise City Hall Safeguard, available from Midtown Square. There are three defense cores on the level and players have to defend all of them. The players will lose if any of the three defense cores is destroyed. Match supports 1 to 6 players.
Balance Updates
• Uppercut melee damage increased to 120, up from 80.
o The AI uppercut attack damage remains unchanged.
• New ability added: Corrosive Shot. Works with pistols, SMGs, assault rifles and shotguns. When used, make the next clip of ammo to decrease the target resistance by 100% for 1 second (not cumulative), but decrease the inflicted damage by 50/45/40%. 20/15/10 seconds cooldown. Available at level 24.
• Flash grenade: This ability now completely blinds the player’s character if he gets into the cloud.
o AIs still use the old flash grenade.
• Electric shield: Stun the attacker for 1.5 seconds. Decreases melee damage by 20/25/30%. 15/12/9 seconds cooldown.
o Electric Shield ES-44 ability AUG now increases the character max hp by 10.
• Stealth Tactics ability removed, some features added to Ambush Tactics.
• Ambush Tactics: This ability increases damage from behind by 20/30/40%, reduces the range where the enemies’ turrets detect you by 25/30/35% and reduces the audible radius of your steps by 100%.
• Enhanced endurance: Now reduces the stamina consumption by 30/50/70%, but no longer reduce your resistances.
o Enhanced Endurance EE-22 Ability AUG now reduces the stamina consumption by an additional 30%, but decrease all resistances by 5%.
• LMG Turret: Now it takes 1 second to plant the turret. The maximum rotation angle for the turret reduced to 45 degrees.
• Explosion Dampening Field: the field radius reduced by 30%.
• Enhanced Recovery: Now reduces all medicine and boost cooldown by 45/55/65%.
• Salvage master ability removed. All players will get the increased cash drop from all matches instead.
• Embezzlement ability removed. All players will loot larger stacks of reagents when using the scavenger tool instead.
UI Improvements
• “Report cheater” button added.
o The player can press Esc to enter the Main Menu and select the “Report Cheater” option. Using this option the player can send the name of the cheater to the Game Masters.
o When using this option, the player won’t get any feedback from Game Masters.
• Flood Control system added in the game chat.
o The player won’t be able to post more than 1 message every 3 seconds in the Trade and LFG chat channels.
o The player won’t be able to post more than 1 message every second in other chat channels.
o The players will be able to post the same message in the chat only every 20 seconds.
• Now the player can select to see only PvE, only PvP and only PvP without handicaps matches in the Battles menu.
• The default sorting in the Battles menu changed.
• PvP matches won’t appear in the Battles menu when they have less than 5 minutes left.
• Now players won’t get a confirmation dialog when deleting a mail without any attachments.
• Added an Episodes tab in the Jobs & Missions window. The player will see Bleedout Campaign current progress and current goals here.
• Now the player can see his character with equipped weapon in his hands in the Character window.
• Added “show / hide signatures” option in the Gang Manager / Gang Members windows.
• The default game font changed.
• Changed the scoreboard in Stockpile match.
• Added the “instruments” sub-category in the “crafting” category on the Black Market.
• Removed the "Accept Social" key binding from Controls options.
Features Updates
• Now the player can switch the visibility of the character’s hat and/or glasses on and off.
• Removed the trade tax for free-to-play players (the tax which is taken when two players trade items / cash).
• Reduced the mail tax for free-to-play players. Now it is 10% of the mail attachments cost.
• Combat Team Balance logicupdated.
o Increased the priority of balancing the # of players in match over the other criteria.
o The warm-up logic is changed. The default warm-up duration is set to 120 seconds for all PvP game types except Riot. Though the warm-up will end sooner if all players who were subscribed to the match at the moment of the match start are already in the game.
o The players who are loading into the match will be seen on the scoreboard now. They will have the “Loading” mark over their signature bar.
o The match will be started only if it can be balanced in addition to the minimum number of players check.
o When a group of players joins the match which is already played – then the team will automatically be split in the match. The team leader will have a warning with the choices: to accept the split or not to join the match.
o Now the teams in the match will be rebalanced instead of closing the match if some players left the match, if no more players join it for 1 minute and if it’s possible to rebalance the teams.
• Maps update.
o Delosville Riot and Shootout:
• It is available for 2 up to 32 players now.
• The players will start the match in a small limited area of the map. As more players join the match, more of the map will open for them.
o Municipality Bank Riot:
• It is available for 4 up to 8 players now.
• Most of the indoor and the basement areas of the map aren’t available in Riot now.
o Deckard Harbor Robbery:
• The base position changed. Now both teams have the same geometry around the bases.
• Players won’t spawn too close to the bases anymore.
o All Stockpile matches:
• For level 1-49 characters, Hammers now use the PED ability instead of the Molotov Cocktail ability. For level 50 players, the Hammer uses the Corrosive Grenade ability instead.
• Regular AIs no longer enter stealth in Stockpile. Though Ghosts can enter stealth as usual.
• Added the “Bingo!” event in all Stockpile matches. It is completely random and players can’t affect its chances by any mean. When “Bingo!” triggers, players have a chance to gather more containers without any significant resistance.
• Tournament maps updated.
o Starting from this patch we are going to change the tournament map every two weeks. Each two week period will feature one map and one game mode for all tournament matches.
o The map rotation will include most of the current PvP game types:
• Shootout;
• Robbery;
• Snatch and Grab;
• Turf Wars;
• Capture the Zone (still evaluating the 1 point and 3 point variations of it);
• Assault, Capture and Defend.
o Tournament maps will be announced in the forums.
• Boost improvements.
o The experience, cash and loot boosts now expires based on the player’s character in-game time, not the real time.
o Now any character on the account can take the experience, cash and loot boosts, Bleedout boosts, the empty passport and the item which allows changing the character name color from the ATM.
• Jobs and missions update.
o All “Original Gangster” missions except Field Promotion and Simply Radiant are available at level 1 now.
o Added new Jobs that require the players to complete different goals in Assault, Capture and Defend game type.
o Adjusted requirement values for a number of jobs to improve balance.
o Duplicate jobs removed.
• PvE Loot update.
o Players who successfully complete Stockpile, Safeguard or Headhunt match will get more experience and cash reward.
o The players who failed in Safeguard matches early will get much less experience and cash rewards. Players who failed near the end of the match won’t notice any rewards penalties.
o Players who fail Headhunt matches without killing Hammers and without damaging the boss will get much less experience and cash rewards.
• Player can unequip combat AUGs now.
• Added the Courier AI on the Sunrise Harbor Safeguard.
• Now the Prologue Campaign PvE matches are available for the players up to level 30, up from 12.
• Now the Prologue Campaign PvP match is available for the players up to level 15, up from 12.
• Now players can repair even completely broken equipment.
Bug fixes
• Fixed several installation and patching bugs.
• Fixed attachments with broken parameters.
• Fixed an issue where some pistols lost durability too quickly.
• Fixed an issue where the Flag in Snatch and Grab matches fully blocked the scope when zoomed in. Flag is still visible when zoomed in, but it does not block scope crosshairs.
• Fixed a bug when the profession trainers didn’t appear in the Gang Hideouts.
• Fixed an issue when a new match was created when the same match was already started.
• Removed possibility to participate in Tournaments when the Prologue Campaign isn’t completed.
• A number of job fixes.
• Abilities:
o HVI Rounds ability now causes correct damage when hitting the target’s head.
o Fixed incorrect HP regen with the Liquid Armor ability active.
o Appearance of the shotgun on a character who enters the Camouflage Sensor Array area when using the Active Camouflage System fixed.
o Fixed the conflict between the Camouflage Sensor Array and Turret indicators.
o Fixed the chance to destroy an ally Turret when the Turret owner is dead.
o Fixed a bug when the Shock Grenade ability didn’t stun AI bots when the ability AUG which increases the grenade area of effect was equipped.
• AI:
o Fixed AI Proximity Mines. Now they cause correct damage and can be destroyed by the players.
o Fixed AIs that were chasing the player all over the map in Stockpile.
o Fixed a bug which caused an AI to shoot and use abilities when using the Active Camouflage System.
o Now the boss spawns at the correct time in Chemtech Processing Plant Stockpile.
o Fixed a bug which caused the boss’ guards to disappear in Chemtech Processing Plant Stockpile.
• Bleedout:
o Fixed a bug when some players weren’t able to re-play the Bleedout Campaign.
o Fixed a bug which prevents the 'Saving Bank' mission to be completed.
o Fixed the ring landmark appearing in the 'Ticking Timebomb' mission.
o Now the NPC Loader takes and causes correct damage in the 'A Gilded Cage' Campaign mission.
• Art:
o Fixed collision issue in Douglas Avenue Labs.
o Fixed masks for all female face types.
o Fixed Exeter Arret shotgun traces.
o Now the makeup preview in the Black Market shows the correct item color.

• Embezzlement ability removed. All players will loot larger stacks of reagents when using the scavenger tool instead.
UI Improvements
• “Report cheater” button added.
o The player can press Esc to enter the Main Menu and select the “Report Cheater” option. Using this option the player can send the name of the cheater to the Game Masters.
o When using this option, the player won’t get any feedback from Game Masters.
• Flood Control system added in the game chat.
o The player won’t be able to post more than 1 message every 3 seconds in the Trade and LFG chat channels.
o The player won’t be able to post more than 1 message every second in other chat channels.
o The players will be able to post the same message in the chat only every 20 seconds.
• Now the player can select to see only PvE, only PvP and only PvP without handicaps matches in the Battles menu.
• The default sorting in the Battles menu changed.
• PvP matches won’t appear in the Battles menu when they have less than 5 minutes left.
• Now players won’t get a confirmation dialog when deleting a mail without any attachments.
• Added an Episodes tab in the Jobs & Missions window. The player will see Bleedout Campaign current progress and current goals here.
• Now the player can see his character with equipped weapon in his hands in the Character window.
• Added “show / hide signatures” option in the Gang Manager / Gang Members windows.
• The default game font changed.
• Changed the scoreboard in Stockpile match.
• Added the “instruments” sub-category in the “crafting” category on the Black Market.
• Removed the "Accept Social" key binding from Controls options.
Features Updates
• Now the player can switch the visibility of the character’s hat and/or glasses on and off.
• Removed the trade tax for free-to-play players (the tax which is taken when two players trade items / cash).
• Reduced the mail tax for free-to-play players. Now it is 10% of the mail attachments cost.
• Combat Team Balance logicupdated.
o Increased the priority of balancing the # of players in match over the other criteria.
o The warm-up logic is changed. The default warm-up duration is set to 120 seconds for all PvP game types except Riot. Though the warm-up will end sooner if all players who were subscribed to the match at the moment of the match start are already in the game.
o The players who are loading into the match will be seen on the scoreboard now. They will have the “Loading” mark over their signature bar.
o The match will be started only if it can be balanced in addition to the minimum number of players check.
o When a group of players joins the match which is already played – then the team will automatically be split in the match. The team leader will have a warning with the choices: to accept the split or not to join the match.
o Now the teams in the match will be rebalanced instead of closing the match if some players left the match, if no more players join it for 1 minute and if it’s possible to rebalance the teams.
• Maps update.
o Delosville Riot and Shootout:
• It is available for 2 up to 32 players now.
• The players will start the match in a small limited area of the map. As more players join the match, more of the map will open for them.
o Municipality Bank Riot:
• It is available for 4 up to 8 players now.
• Most of the indoor and the basement areas of the map aren’t available in Riot now.
o Deckard Harbor Robbery:
• The base position changed. Now both teams have the same geometry around the bases.
• Players won’t spawn too close to the bases anymore.
o All Stockpile matches:
• For level 1-49 characters, Hammers now use the PED ability instead of the Molotov Cocktail ability. For level 50 players, the Hammer uses the Corrosive Grenade ability instead.
• Regular AIs no longer enter stealth in Stockpile. Though Ghosts can enter stealth as usual.
• Added the “Bingo!” event in all Stockpile matches. It is completely random and players can’t affect its chances by any mean. When “Bingo!” triggers, players have a chance to gather more containers without any significant resistance.
• Tournament maps updated.
o Starting from this patch we are going to change the tournament map every two weeks. Each two week period will feature one map and one game mode for all tournament matches.
o The map rotation will include most of the current PvP game types:
• Shootout;
• Robbery;
• Snatch and Grab;
• Turf Wars;
• Capture the Zone (still evaluating the 1 point and 3 point variations of it);
• Assault, Capture and Defend.
o Tournament maps will be announced in the forums.
• Boost improvements.
o The experience, cash and loot boosts now expires based on the player’s character in-game time, not the real time.
o Now any character on the account can take the experience, cash and loot boosts, Bleedout boosts, the empty passport and the item which allows changing the character name color from the ATM.
• Jobs and missions update.
o All “Original Gangster” missions except Field Promotion and Simply Radiant are available at level 1 now.
o Added new Jobs that require the players to complete different goals in Assault, Capture and Defend game type.
o Adjusted requirement values for a number of jobs to improve balance.
o Duplicate jobs removed.
• PvE Loot update.
o Players who successfully complete Stockpile, Safeguard or Headhunt match will get more experience and cash reward.
o The players who failed in Safeguard matches early will get much less experience and cash rewards. Players who failed near the end of the match won’t notice any rewards penalties.
o Players who fail Headhunt matches without killing Hammers and without damaging the boss will get much less experience and cash rewards.
• Player can unequip combat AUGs now.
• Added the Courier AI on the Sunrise Harbor Safeguard.
• Now the Prologue Campaign PvE matches are available for the players up to level 30, up from 12.
• Now the Prologue Campaign PvP match is available for the players up to level 15, up from 12.
• Now players can repair even completely broken equipment.
Bug fixes
• Fixed several installation and patching bugs.
• Fixed attachments with broken parameters.
• Fixed an issue where some pistols lost durability too quickly.
• Fixed an issue where the Flag in Snatch and Grab matches fully blocked the scope when zoomed in. Flag is still visible when zoomed in, but it does not block scope crosshairs.

o HVI Rounds ability now causes correct damage when hitting the target’s head.
o Fixed incorrect HP regen with the Liquid Armor ability active.
o Appearance of the shotgun on a character who enters the Camouflage Sensor Array area when using the Active Camouflage System fixed.
o Fixed the conflict between the Camouflage Sensor Array and Turret indicators.
o Fixed the chance to destroy an ally Turret when the Turret owner is dead.
o Fixed a bug when the Shock Grenade ability didn’t stun AI bots when the ability AUG which increases the grenade area of effect was equipped.

o Fixed AI Proximity Mines. Now they cause correct damage and can be destroyed by the players.
o Fixed AIs that were chasing the player all over the map in Stockpile.
o Fixed a bug which caused an AI to shoot and use abilities when using the Active Camouflage System.
o Now the boss spawns at the correct time in Chemtech Processing Plant Stockpile.
o Fixed a bug which caused the boss’ guards to disappear in Chemtech Processing Plant Stockpile.
• Bleedout:
o Fixed a bug when some players weren’t able to re-play the Bleedout Campaign.
o Fixed a bug which prevents the 'Saving Bank' mission to be completed.
o Fixed the ring landmark appearing in the 'Ticking Timebomb' mission.
o Now the NPC Loader takes and causes correct damage in the 'A Gilded Cage' Campaign mission.
