1st: WHY THIS SERVER IS SO LAG? (Raskolnikov EU) he is from made in Afghanistan? its very sometimes cant open NPC or check gang bank/auction house cause of big lags! in other games that things never happens! maybe once on a day not all the time!!! do somethihng with that or buy better server!

2nd: new players must wait untill 8 lvl to play fully/city... its to high! i know cause my friends try playing! new players uninstall game cause they boring and out of options! only very patience players stay here! do something with that! lower this to lvl 4? or best will be delete this!

3rd: why u dont merge 2 servers of EU? and now recomended server have more players than our raskolnikov! we need more players to play! its so hard to get some cash ingame from crafting etc and so hard to find a game... i never see any adverstiment of this game on MMO sites, so quiet about this game and this block untill 8 lvl... thats makes low players playing this game!!! 

4th: maybe u can do POLISH language then many players from my country can play this game too... many MMO's have our language, CC have many but not POLISH...

1.)  I'm not sure what to say on that one, as I have very little lag usually.

2.)  I agree with this, and believe it should be removed.  It hasn't been in place for long, and I hope they get rid of it soon.

3.) The EU servers are actually doing alright.  I usually see the US servers at around 10% or less population when I look.  Ours get into the 40's.  If they merge ours then we will be sitting close to max capacity some days, and with a promotion might overload the server.  The US servers need one though.

I understand your feelings on 4, but I don't really have much I can say in regards to it.

1. i dont know mabye the server is realy made in A[filtered]anistan with sand includedXD. Or most likely there is a kind of infrastructure problem somewhere. the truth is we dont know and i dont think we will ever know.

2. This gateway to lvl 8 only to start playing is retarded and i am sure it blockes about 40% of new players just because they think wtf. As i started playing here there wehre a lot more low lvls around than these days ...

3. 1 it is also so that the us-servers have a bigger max cap than the EU servers just because look at the USA on a map you will see what i mean. 2. you cant sell your product's because of the classe who dont need any supply and because of the gateway keeping new players from the game. And the thing with the games is a direct consequens out of the other mentioned points

Misleading topic is misleading. This contains nothing about premium/deluxe subscriptions. With that said...

Sure, there are lagspikes sometimes, but you can't expect Vogster to fork out money for top of the range servers with epic load balancing and whatnot. I'm pretty sure they don't generate enough revenue for that.

The lvl8 block is, indeed, pretty harmful to new players. Ironically, I'm pretty sure that it was intended to help them as to not overwhelm them with content during the initial gameplay time. But that's a whole other topic altogether. I'll probably make a long post about this in the near future.

I don't really know how the playerbase is on other servers, but a server merge isn't as easy as one may think. So it would generally only be used as a last resort. As for advertizing - Yeah, the game could deffinately use more publicity. But again, it's pretty expensive. With that said, I whole heartedly recommend it.

The game doesn't have Polish... Well, tough luck. Translating a whole game into an other language is pretty expensive and time consuming. You not only need to hire a translator or two, but you then have to go around and edit databases, game code, and graphics just to add the language. So unless a very significant percentage of the playerbase is Polish, I don't think Vogster will go for it. But, you know, stranger things have happened in this world.
