This is a very nice idea. I'm finally 250 engineer and after two weeks I've got enough t5 mats to make two attachments. I've got stacks of some t5 mats but the ones I need the most haven't dropped at all. Something needs to be done and this would be a move in the right direction.

Possible to add an AUG that increases container rank?
Comm. III > Comm. IV
Comm.IV > Comm.V
Comm. V stays the same.
Same goes for Uncomm. containers.
